We did find that this new version has softened up the feel slightly, giving us faint flashbacks of the legendary AeroPro Drive from 2013. Apart from that, this Pure Aero continues to be a rock solid, 300g spin spin beast from the baseline, while offering a surprising amount of feel at net. A racket that in the hands of a legend like Rafa becomes unplayable, but also easy enough for us mere mortals of varying skill levels to use, it is easily one of the must try rackets on the market.
