The Danforth Pewter Julep Cup is perfect for sipping mint juleps on the veranda! Originally designed by Shirley Pewter, this piece makes an excellent wedding gift, gift for the wedding party, or graduation gift. It can be personalized with engraving. Like all our barware, it is handcrafted in the USA in our Middlebury, Vermont workshop.

Pewter barware is excellent for cold drinks. It retains a pleasant chill and traps in a liquid’s coldness, making it perfect for a cold beer, wine, and of course classic iced drinks like mint juleps!

It is not advisable to drink hot drinks out of pewter mugs because of the melting point of the metal. We recommend hand-washing all pewter barware with warm soap and water, then drying it completely with a cloth.
